I've not received email confirmation of my enquiry
Once you submit an enquiry with Student Services Online you have logged a case. You should receive an email confirmation from our Student Services Online [no-reply] mailbox, arriving to the email address you used for logging your case. If you don't receive this first automatic email, please contact the King's IT Support Team who will be happy to help.
Student Services are responsible for answering your questions/resolving your case and you should expect to hear from them a couple of days after your initial automatic confirmation.
I can't use/log in to Student Services Online
If you are struggling to use Student Services Online, then please let us know using our enquiry forms. You should select the categories of "Using Students Services Online" and then "System support & troubleshooting"
Important to know: if your difficulties relate to your King's IT credentials and/or logging in, then you should contact the IT Service Desk in the first instance.
