Once you submit an enquiry with King's Answers you have logged a case. You should receive an email confirmation from our King's Answers [no-reply] mailbox, arriving to the email address you used for logging your case. If you don't receive this first automatic email, please contact the King's IT Support Team who will be happy to help.
Student Services are responsible for answering your questions/resolving your case and you should expect to hear from them a couple of days after your initial automatic confirmation.
