Once you submit an enquiry with Student Services Online you have logged a case. You should receive an email confirmation from our Student Services Online [no-reply] mailbox, arriving to the email address you used for logging your case. If you don't receive this first automatic email, please contact the King's IT Support Team who will be happy to help.
Student Services are responsible for answering your questions/resolving your case and you should expect to hear from them a couple of days after your initial automatic confirmation.
