What is Erasmus+?
Erasmus+ is the European Union's flagship education and training programme promoting student mobility throughout Europe as funded by the European Commission. King’s is fully committed to being a multicultural, international university and our European students and partnerships are a very important part of our community.
Although the UK government has decided not to contribute to the Erasmus programme now the UK has left the European Union, UK universities including King’s have ongoing grant agreements that mean we can continue to send and receive staff and students as part of Erasmus for the rest of the 2020/21 academic year, and for both the 2021/22 and 2022/23 academic years.

How can the Global mobility team support me during my studies?
The Global mobility team at King’s identify, promote and facilitate opportunities to allow students to be globally mobile, study abroad and undertake overseas traineeships.
The Global mobility team also work closely with incoming students from overseas institutions and King's outgoing students, including those participating in bilateral agreements and the Erasmus+ programme.
Who can I contact if I need support?
Your Study Abroad tutor is an academic member of staff with your department who provides guidance and support to study abroad students at King’s. Working closely with the Global Mobility Office, Study Abroad Tutor provides vital academic support to participating students but also plays an important role in creating and maintaining relationships with partner institutions.
