Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, King’s College London, in-line with guidance from the UK Government, are taking preventative measures to protect the King's Community.
In light of this, you’ll now need to verify your ID online, and will not be able to collect your ID card until normal services at King’s resume. To find out how to verify your ID online, please take a look at How do I collect my ID Card.
If your course does not start in September and/or you will not arrive at King’s during Welcome Week, please do the following before you arrive on campus for the first time:
- Read our When you arrive webpages. Pay special attention to the What to bring section, because this is different depending on your passport type.
- If your programme is not organising ID card collection sessions then you can attend a term-time ID card collection session. These are held every Tuesday and Thursday 14:00 – 16:30 on the 4th Floor of Bush House (South East Wing).
- When you arrive at Bush House South East Wing, please show your online enrolment confirmation email to the Security Team along with a form of photo ID. The email will have been sent from registry.services and the subject line will be "King's Online Enrolment Confirmation [and then your student number]".
Important to know: if you need to access campus before you have a chance to collect your ID card, please show your online enrolment confirmation email and a form of photo ID to the Security Team and they will grant you access.
