Most NHS psychological services are running provision and taking referrals during the pandemic, through online appointments or via telephone. So if you feel you need help or support for mental health problems, you can reach out to your GP (many are also running telephone or online appointments) and seek help now rather than feeling you need to wait until the pandemic ends.

Reaching out for help to specialist NHS services is particularly important for you if you are experiencing severe mental health problems (e.g. eating disorders, psychosis).
