We are continuously improving Student Services Online to ensure that we are providing a better experience for the King's community. This article highlights all the new features and improvements you’ll experience from August 2020.

New features
We’ve added four new categories:
  • Dignity & inclusion: Articles explaining how we approach equality and diversity at King’s and guidance for those who need support reporting bullying & harassment.
  • Returning to study: Articles on re-enrolling at King’s and support for students returning from interruption.
  • Student life: Articles on personal tutoring, campus life, being in London, and extra-curricular activities.

Changes
  • Our existing 'International student support' category has been renamed Immigration & visa advice.
  • We’ve refined the structure of most categories and added additional layers to help you navigate to the articles most relevant to you.

Fixes 
  • We’ve made some refinements to the enquiry handling processes, which will allow us to categorise cases with greater accuracy and understand what students needs from us most.
  • We’ve fixed a few bugs to improve the browsing experience and use of enquiry forms on all mobile devices.

If you raise an enquiry with Student Services, please be sure to provide us with feedback when you receive your 'We've resolved your case' email. This helps us to know what's working well and informs future improvements to the service.
