King's is changing occupational health providers from 1 January 2024.

What is occupational health?

Our new provider will be Optima Health. Optima Health are one of the leading occupational health providers in the UK and can provide more specialised and comprehensive support for our staff and students. Changing provider means that all existing occupational health records held by our current providers will need to be transferred to Optima Health by 1 January 2024. Our current providers are Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust (for undergraduate students) and King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (for postgraduate students and staff).
Important to know: Not everyone at King's will have an occupational health record. If you do not have an occupational health record, then there is nothing you need to do.
If you do have an occupational health record, this will be transferred automatically from our current providers to Optima Health by 1 January 2024, unless you tell us in writing you do not want your data to be transferred. For more information on this process, please read what if I do not want my occupational health records transferred?
