Guidance on appeals
You have the right to appeal against decisions made by an Assessment Board on matters such as module results, final degree classifications, and re-assessment decisions. Full details on how to make an academic appeal, along with the form and deadlines, can be found in the article How can I make an academic appeal?
Guidance on complaints
If you have a complaint, you should first try to resolve the issue informally and locally with the relevant person as soon as possible. If you’re not sure who can resolve your issue, please speak to your programme administrator.
If no satisfactory resolution can be reached, you can escalate the complaint. Full details on how to do this can be found in the article How can I make a complaint to the university?
