Appeals and complaints

You have the right to appeal against decisions made by an Assessment Board on matters such as module results, final degree classifications, and re-assessment decisions. If you have a complaint, you should first try to resolve the issue informally and locally with the relevant person as soon as possible. If you’re not sure who can resolve your issue, please speak to your programme administrator.
