As you begin another year at King’s, it’s a good time to remind yourself of the key tasks to complete, the services and resources available to you, and the extracurricular activities you can get involved in.
Read Beginning a New Year at King’s for guidance on:
- re-enrolling
- viewing your timetable and selecting your modules
- checking in with your Personal Tutor
- interrupting, transferring or withdrawing (if you’re not sure about continuing your programme)
- accessing support services
- making the most of services, resources and activities during your studies.
You must attend the re-induction session for your year of study. Re-induction information will be available at the start of term in September.
Select your department or programme for more details:
- Chemistry
- Engineering
- Informatics
- Mathematics: returning students will meet with their tutors, typically in week 3 of teaching.
- Physics
- Natural Sciences
Important to know:
If you’re not able to progress to the next year of your programme, or you haven’t been awarded your degree, due to outstanding assessments, you’ll automatically be registered to complete your assessments 'out of College'.
However, you can ask about attending 'in College' to repeat relevant teaching. You should contact your department as soon as possible to discuss your options.
This may affect your student funding or visa. For more information, read:
