You'll receive an invitation email with details on how to complete the online enrolment task no earlier than 30 days before your course start date. This email is only sent to students who have met the conditions of their offer and accepted it. We will send this invitation email to the personal email address you supplied when making your application to study at King's. The email sender will be 'noreply-welcome'.

If you have less than 2 weeks before your course start date and haven't received your invitation email, please check your junk/spam folder in the first instance.

It can take some time for the email to be released to everyone. We ask you to please be patient and to wait until 3 working days before your course start date before contacting us.

Important to know: if you're starting your course in January or February, please be advised that services will be closed during Christmas Day, Boxing Day and University Closure Days, and enrolment emails will not be sent out during this time. More information can be found in our article When King’s is closed?

What should I do if I can't find the email and I'm about to start my course?

If you still can't locate the email or believe the email might have been sent to an email address you can no longer access, and you are due to start your course within the next 3 working days, please contact us through the King's Apply messaging service with your student number, which can be found on your offer letter.
