I'm unable to log in to my IT account using my username and password
I forgot my password to access my IT account, what should I do?
If you have set up Microsoft Self-Service Password reset, then you can visit the Microsoft Online Password Reset webpage to request a password change.
To request a password change:
Enter your username in the format of email@example.com.
You will then receive a verification code to an external (i.e. non-King's) email address that you confirmed when setting up self-service.
If you have any issues with resetting your password, please attach proof of photo ID to an email and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org from a personal email address. The IT Service desk will then be able to reset your password for you.
