How do I find out which mandatory training I need to complete?
You can find out which training is required for your programme and cohort on the mandatory training KEATS page.
What are the correct shoes for mandatory training?
Guidance on appropriate footwear is available on the Mandatory Training page on KEATS. You will need to login with your K number.
Please look for the document titled ‘MT behaviour and attire guidance’ in the ‘Practical Sessions’ section of the page.
Where can I find the e-learning?
Most mandatory training e-learning is hosted on the e-LfH website, and some is hosted on the Mandatory Training page on KEATS.
Instructions for completing your e-learning can be found on the KEATS page.
The e-learning for mandatory training is not working, what do I do?
If you need support with this, please contact the team by email.
Do I need to bring my e-learning certificate to mandatory training?
Yes. E-learning needs to be completed before you can attend practical mandatory training sessions.
You’ll need to bring your printed certificate or show it on your phone. If you can’t show your certificate, you’ll be turned away from the training.
What do I do if I miss my mandatory training?
Your attendance at mandatory training is compulsory. If you miss a session, please complete the Nursing Mandatory training: missed practical session form.
We will be in touch regarding catch-up sessions, but please be aware that spaces are limited.
In case of mitigating circumstances (serious unforeseen, unpreventable circumstances out of your control), you will also need to attend the catch-up session at a later stage.
