In some cases, you can, but be aware that not all the information such as Selected Student Component (SSC) and Special Study Module (SSM) titles and marks/merits may not be included.
Part examination merits and distinctions will not be included.

Who is eligible for a MBBS manually-prepared transcript from before academic year 2016-2017?
Manual transcripts are prepared for those graduates/former student who studied or completed the programme before the introduction of the MBBS new curriculum 2016-17. This includes those who were enrolled with the Medical School prior to the mergers.
If you’re an MBBS graduate who started your studies from the academic year 2016-2017, you can purchase a transcript if you require it for career progression or other similar reasons.

What’s included in a MBBS manually-prepared transcript for studies before 2016-2017?
This type of transcript will include:
Examinations - core Part Examination Results
This means Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4 and Part 5, or Pathology, Medicine, Surgery, Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology as taken throughout the length of your course.
Special Study Module/Selected Student Component titles, marks, merits, and distinctions are added along with any Part examination Merit and/or Distinctions achieved.
Intercalated BSc degree
If you took an intercalated BSc degree and it was awarded in-between the MBBS degree, your transcript will state the year, subject and final award of that intercalation if you completed it at King’s.
- If your iBSc degree was taken at an external institution, only the intercalated year will be added.
- If an MSc was completed in between the MBBS degree and it is listed on your school record, this will be added.
Special Study Module (SSM) or Student Selected Component (SSC)
Special Study Module titles, Marks, and Merit if applicable, will be included, as well as Student Selected Component titles, Marks and Merit if applicable.
If you were put forward for the University of London Gold Medal this will be added as ‘Proxime Accessit’.
Important to know: The above information is not in the software used to export data for a digital transcript on your Gradintel account.
What information is not included in a manually-prepared transcript?
We don’t include the following:
- Pre-clinical subjects taken
- Clinical subjects taken
- Clinical rotation details
- Medical Hospital placements or Medical Elective choices, breakdown of number of weeks on various placements or number of weeks on the programme
- Breakdown of the number of hours of study on the programme, breakdown, or feedback of results, marking scheme information, curriculum related information, percentage of students receiving Merits or Distinction following final examinations.
- Prize/s, extra curricula activities or achievements that are outside of the core curriculum

- BDS Part 3B (Human Disease),
- BDS Part 4 (Dental Public Health), Applied Dental Science 3 (Oral Disease), Applied Dental Science 4 (Restorative Dentistry), Applied Dental Science 5 (Child Dental Health), Applied Dental Science 6 (Practice of Clinical Dentistry) as taken throughout the length of your course.
