NMES: Study facilities & computing spaces at NMES and across campuses

When using the Study Hub:

• Be considerate of other students and keep noise to a reasonable level. You can use the room for both group and individual study.

• You can bring food and drink, but only cold food should be eaten in the room.

• Clear up after yourself and leave the room in good condition. There are bins in the room and corridor.

You can request to book the Study Hub for an event by contacting Helen Cammisola, Senior Student Experience Officer.

When booking and using the Study Hub for an event:

• The event should be NMES-centred and have a student focus.

• The event must be for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 50 people.

• Organisers should put up signs 48 hours before the event to let students know that it will be taking place.

• Bookings can usually only take place in the evening, after 17.00.

• The room can’t be booked for more than two evenings each week.

• If you move any furniture, return it to its original position after the event.

• Clear up after the event and leave the room in good condition. There are bins in the room and corridor.
