Our phone service is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 13.00-15.00 and Fridays between 09.00-11.00 when King's is open (UK time).
Due to the UCAS embargo, our phone service will be unavailable on Thursday 6 August 2026 and Tuesday 11 August 2026. We will re-open as normal on Thursday 13 August.

Drop-in sessions
Drop-in sessions take place on Mondays and Wednesdays between 13.00-15.00 in the Strand Student Centre on Floor 4, Bush House North West.
To support comfort and wellbeing, drop-in sessions will take place with interview pod doors open to improve ventilation. If you'd prefer a different arrangement, including a pre-booked online appointment, please email us at advice@kcl.ac.uk.

We run multiple online workshops for offer holders who are due to join King’s.
Applying for a Student visa:
If you hold an offer for the International Foundation Programme and you're due to join King’s in September 2026, we're running workshops on Wednesday 1 July and Thursday 6 August 2026.
