If you prefer to speak to us over the phone, please call us on the number below. Please ensure you have your Student ID ready, as your adviser will ask for this at the start of the call. Please note these calls are usually for a maximum of 15 minutes. If your query is complex, then it may require an appointment or follow-up by email.

Our phone service is available at the following times when King's is open (UK time):

• Tuesdays, 13.00 to 15.00
• Fridays, 09.00 to 11.00

Enrolled students can come to a campus drop-in at any time between 13.00 and 15.00 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Drop in-sessions have now moved to the Strand Student Centre on Floor 4, Bush House North West.
