If your address or personal email address changes while you're at King's, then you need to update it on your student record as soon as possible.

 

Your address will appear on documents produced for you, so it's important to make sure the details are correct and complete. Banks, for example, will not accept documentation that has an incomplete address.

 

If you're eligible to graduate, important information about Graduation will be sent to your personal email address, so keeping it up to date is essential to ensure you don't miss any important information or any deadlines related to your ceremony.

 

Important to know: after your student IT account is closed, it’s difficult to update your details and you may miss out on important communications regarding Graduation, as well as other university news.
