Some of our in-person drop-in sessions and appointments are moving in March and April 2025. Visit Student News for a summary of where services are moving and when.
The Disability Support & Inclusion team is here to support both current and prospective King's students. We offer specialist advice for those who are neurodiverse, have a long-term medical or mental health condition, Specific Learning Differences (SpLDs) or other impairments that impact learning.
To register with our service
If you already have a diagnosed condition, please use the Self-Service Registration with Disability Support & Inclusion on the main Student Records page.
You can upload your medical evidence and give us a brief summary of your condition and support needs. On receipt of this information a member of our team will contact you with the next steps.
Online drop-ins
If you are a current student you can speak to one of our Assistant Disability Advisers in a 15-minute drop-in for any quick queries or general advice on disability support.
To book an online (Microsoft Teams) drop-in please use the booking form. We have limited availability and slots are released two days in advance. If you find that the online sessions are booked up, please check again the next day or email the Disability & Inclusion Support team.
If you're a prospective student and would like to speak to a member of the Disability & Inclusion Support team, email us.
