Please read the instructions below carefully before submitting another visa application.
Your ability to apply again will depend on the reason for your refusal. You might also benefit from asking for an administrative review to have the refusal overturned.
If you want to re-apply for a new Student visa, you must get a new CAS to complete your application. For us to issue a CAS, we’d need details of your refusal as well as evidence that you can make a successful new visa application.
Important to know: If the visa application process delays your arrival beyond the university’s latest enrolment date, you might not be able to begin studying with us this academic year. We’re unable to offer deferrals for postgraduate taught programmes. In this case, you may need to re-apply for the next academic year.
More information is available on our website for undergraduate, postgraduate taught and postgraduate research programmes.
