Want to unwind, make friends or get support with an issue? Look no further than King’s & KCLSU’s Take Time Out Wellbeing Hubs.

 

These sessions will be running every week during term time. There’ll be a range of activities available to help you relax. To find out what’s happening each week, head to the KCLSU events webpage or follow the KCLSU Wellbeing Instagram.

 

If you need to talk to someone, a range of trained support workers from both King’s and KCLSU will be there for you.

Tuesdays, 13.00-15.00

Where?

What? We'll be running a range of drop-in activities like board games, crafts and table-tennis.

Who? If you need to talk to someone, you can chat to a King's Faculty Wellbeing Advisor, a KCLSU Campus Conversations Peer Supporter on an Advice Caseworker.

 

Thursdays, 13.00-15.00

Where? 

What? We'll be having designated activities run by Campus Conversations and King's Sport & Wellness. There'll also be a range of drop-in activities like board games, crafts and table tennis.
