If you’re a current student and need a new visa to be able to complete your course, then you need to request a new Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).

To request a CAS through Student Services Online:

  1. Complete the CAS request form. You’ll be prompted to sign in.
  2. Answer some questions that will help the Visa Compliance team process your request and issue your CAS.
  3. Click ‘Submit’.

Student Services will then process your request and contact you if they have any further questions.

Important to know:

  • If you’re an applicant and you’ve received an unconditional offer to study a course at King’s, then you’ll receive your CAS through your King’s Apply account. Check out our article on how to request your CAS as an applicant.
  • If you've completed your studies and want to apply for a Graduate visa, you don’t need a new CAS. You need to wait for our Visa Compliance team to send you confirmation via email that they’ve notified UKVI of your successful completion. King’s will do this within 10 working days of your results being formally ratified at the relevant assessment board.
