You can request a new CAS through Student Services Online. You will be required to answer a set of questions that will help us to process your request and issue your CAS.
How do I request a CAS?
To request a CAS via Student Services Online:
- Visit the CAS request form. You will be prompted to sign in.
- Complete the additional fields on the form.
- Click Submit.
- Student Services will then process your request and contact you if they have any clarification questions.
How long does a CAS usually take to process?
We usually aim to process a CAS request within 5 working days. The details of your CAS are sent to you by email.
How can I change information in my CAS?
Once you receive your CAS, it is important to check through this carefully and inform King’s immediately if you notice any errors. You should not use the CAS to apply for your visa until you are certain all information is correct. Please see further guidance on what to look out for in our article Checking your CAS information.
Please email Visa Compliance with a description of the change(s) that you would like made to your CAS. Many common changes can be made via the addition of a sponsor note.
Important to know: In certain circumstances, typically where 2 or more changes are required, it might be necessary to withdraw your CAS and issue a replacement.
How do I request a copy of my old CAS?
You can request a copy of your old CAS by contacting the Visa compliance team, who will send you a PDF version.
Important to know: When emailing the Visa compliance team, please provide your full name, date of birth, and student ID number to enable us to process your request.
