If you need support urgently and need to contact Student Services the best thing for you to do is to log a case with us explaining your situation and any issues you may be facing at the moment.

While we continue to work remotely, we are making plans to provide a service for you on-campus again, so you can see us in person. As soon as we're ready, we'll update our information.

Will my case be picked up as urgent on your online system?
Yes - our system filters and monitors cases based on categories submitted and the language used in your query or request. So please be sure to give us as much information as possible about your situation and we will do our best to support you as soon as possible.

Can I call you?
Yes; we've been able to re-open our phoneline, so if you urgently need to speak to us you can 
call (+44) (0)20 7848 1234 Mondays to Thursdays, 13.00 to 15.00 & Fridays 9.00 to 11.00.
