What should I do if the fees information displayed in the enrolment task is incorrect?
The information shown in the 'Fee Status' and 'Fee' fields of the enrolment task is indicative only. If you believe your fee status or your fee amount as shown in the task is incorrect, don’t worry – you don’t need to take any action at this stage. You should continue to work through and complete the enrolment task.
We will send you a final updated invoice for your fees not long after the start date of your programme. If you are starting in September, you should expect to receive this invoice in October. For information about when to pay, and when you will receive your invoice if you are a mid-year starter, check the When to pay my fees webpage.
Your invoice should then show your correct fee status and fee amount, and should accurately reflect any personal circumstances like sponsorship or discounts. If you find there are still errors in your invoice at that stage, follow the guidance in our article The amount on my tuition fee invoice is incorrect.
I should be paying Home fees, not International fees, or vice versa, what should I do?
You don't need to take any action at this stage. Please see the answer to the question ‘What should I do if the fees information displayed in the enrolment task is incorrect?’ above.
Am I considered to be a sponsored student or a self-funded student?
Please read the relevant section in this article: I have a question about my university fees.

I’m receiving a student loan from the Student Loans Company, am I considered to be a sponsored student or a self-funded student?
If you are an undergraduate student receiving a tuition fee loan from the Student Loans Company (SLC), you are considered to be 'sponsored', as the funds will be sent directly from the SLC to King's.
You should select ‘Sponsor’ when you’re asked in the enrolment task to tell us who is making the payments to King’s for the majority of your tuition fees, then the relevant option under ‘Sponsor Funding Source’.
If you are a postgraduate taught student receiving a tuition fee loan from the Student Loans Company (SLC), you are considered to be 'self-funded', as the funds will be sent from the SLC to you first, to then pay King's yourself.
You should select ‘Student’ when you’re asked in the enrolment task to tell us who is making the payments to King’s for the majority of your tuition fees.
I’m receiving a student loan from the Student Loans Company, do I need to provide proof?
No, the Student Loans Company (SLC) will confirm to King’s that you are in receipt of a student loan. You don't need to provide any documentation or other evidence.
