I requested a document or letter
When fulfilling complex or personalised document requests, we work closely with specialist teams across the university. As many of our teams are operating a limited service, please allow additional time for us to fulfil your document and letter requests.
You’ll receive an update from us once your case is being processed by a member of our team, so please keep an eye on your emails in the first instance.
Important to know: During this period, we are unable to produce hard copies of your document/letter request and we can only provide this to you in digital format.
