You haven’t progressed to the next year of study yet as you haven’t passed credit from Year Two.

We appreciate you might be disappointed by this news, but please be reassured the full range of the College's support remains available to help you understand your next steps.

You’ll be able to attempt assessments again. By default, you’ll be registered for your assessments ‘out of College’, although you can ask about attending 'in College' to repeat the relevant lessons again.

You’ll now need to contact your faculty or department as soon as possible to discuss your options further. If you haven't contacted your faculty by Friday 26 September 2025, your status will automatically remain as undertaking reassessment 'out of College' (i.e. dormant) for the 2025/26 academic year.

How can I access my results? 
Your full results are now available to view on Student Records. For further instructions, please read our article How can I view my results? 
You may wish to get written confirmation of your results so far for prospective employers or other third parties. You can do this by downloading your Record of Agreed Results (ROAR) letter from Gradintelligence.

Beginning a new year at King’s 
If you’ve received a link to this article in July, we’ll contact you by email from mid-August regarding re-enrolment, an online task completed through Student Records that you’ll need to complete to start your next year of studies. 

 

If you’ve received a link to this article in September and your progression was dependent on the outcome of re-assessment in August, we’ll contact you by email within 3 working days of you receiving your results regarding re-enrolment, an online task completed through Student Records that you’ll need to complete to start your next year of studies.
